Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellation Policy

• If you book a workshop and wish to cancel and it is more than 4 weeks prior to the date of the workshop you can either transfer to another workshop (subject to availability) or exchange your booking for a credit to be used in the same calendar year. If neither of these options is feasible you may request a refund less 20% admin charges.

• If you wish to cancel a workshop and it is less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the workshop, unless we can replace your booking, your payment is non-refundable. If we replace your booking you will receive a refund less 20% admin charges.

Love Art Workshop Cancellation Policy

• In the event that we have to cancel a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control we will try to give as much notice as possible. If this does happen all those booked on the workshop will be either offered an alternative date for the workshop, an alternative workshop or a refund. If the latter, the refund will be issued in full.
