Booking Terms and Conditions
A deposit is required to reserve a place on Love Art courses. Deposits are non—refundable.
Balances for all courses must be paid for in full on the first day of the course unless otherwise agreed.
Payment for workshops must be made in full at the time of booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking we will retain the deposit and refund any additional payment (if course paid in full).
If you wish to cancel your workshop booking you may do so free of charge up to 3 weeks before the date of the workshop. Cancellations after this time may be only be refunded if a replacement booking can be found.
Love Art Classes reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course or workshop due to extreme circumstances outside our control e.g. extreme weather or illness. Your booking will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date if postponed,or be held to be used on the next course or workshop of your choice.
Photographs and Artwork
We sometimes take photographs or videos during our courses and workshops. Some of these may feature on our website, on our social media, https://www.facebook.com/loveartclass/ and/or in promotional material. This also applies to the artwork that is created during courses and workshops. By agreeing to these T’s & C’s you are hereby consenting that Love Art Classes are able to use these materials on the media forms stated. If you would prefer for us not use these materials you must inform us using the contact information below.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
